Tiffany Denise Møller-Knudsen February 10, 1974- October 15, 2007We bid a tender farewell to our granddaughter, daughter, and sister, Tiffany Knudsen, 33 who passed into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on October 15, 2007 following complications from a twenty seven year battle with diabetes. Born on February 10, 1974 in Pasadena, California, Tiffany was the first of six children born to Gunnar and Marilyn Møller-Knudsen. Tiffany leaves behind three grandparents: Antonia Møller-Knudsen, Richard Walter and Nola Roberts Johnson; her parents: Gunnar Hendrik Møller-Knudsen and Marilyn Kay Johnson Knudsen; three sisters: Kiersten Kay Møller-Knudsen Bushman, Janna Evelyn Møller-Knudsen Vincent, Renee Sybil Møller-Knudsen Wilkins; and two brothers: Richard Niels Møller-Knudsen and Scott Kristoffer Harold Møller-Knudsen. Preceded in death by her grandfather Niels Frederik Møller-Knudsen.Tiffany attended Sunset and Westridge Elementary Schools, Dixon Middle School and Provo High School. She pursued her higher education at Ricks College, earning an Associates Degree in Arts and Science. She then attended Utah State University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences.Tiffany went on to work for Wal-Mart in Logan then moving on to help open Wal-Mart stores in Springville, American Fork, Brigham City, and North Ogden eventually ending as a department manager in Orem and Springville.Tiffany was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving the Lord throughout her life. Tiffany was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and granddaughter. She is loved by her family and friends and will always be remembered by them. Tiffany was a quiet, gentle woman who bore her health challenges with little complaint and with extraordinary dignity. Her legacy to the world was her love, honor and integrity. From all of us who love you, we know that God will be with you until we meet again. We know you now walk with the angels. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 18, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grandview 18th Ward Chapel, 1220 West 1100 North, Provo . Family and friends may call Thursday from 10-10:40 a.m. at the Grandview 18th Ward building prior to the services. Services under the direction of Myers Mortuary, Brigham City.Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.Condolences may be sent to the family at 1240 W. 1050 N., Provo, Utah 84604.
