Halloween 2007 and Then Some

Happy Halloween! The girls had a lot of fun this year. Alyssa dressed up as a witch, and Ambrey dressed up as a flower ballerina thing. Here are some pictures and a video.
We would also like to wish Grandpa Ed a happy birthday, and wish him many, many more in the future.

This last weekend Alyssa had the opportunity to sing in a musical with a children's choir. The musical was "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." If you have never seen the musical, it is the biblical story about Joseph and his coat of many colors.

If you are interested in seeing some short clips from the broadway musical, check out the two links that I am posting. The first link will take you to a song that featured Alyssa. This is a clip with Donny Osmond (not the Joseph in Alyssa's musical), but the young man who sang this song sounded very similar only better, his voice was amazing.

This next link will take you to a clip of some highlights from the musical (again, not from Alyssa's musical).

This is a picture of Alyssa before the musical started.
Believe it or not, this picture is of Alyssa during the musical. She is the third person from the right, and the first child on the right. She was the smallest and youngest child to participate in the musical.
Ambrey was absolutely fascinated with Joseph from the musical, so we took her to meet him. This is a picture that we took with him and the girls.

"a flower ballerina thing" - spoken like a guy... Your girls are very cute!

Thanks, we like them. I have been meaning to ask you how everything went with your pregnancy. Hopefully everything went well. Also, what is your blog address?
David is doing fine, although I have so far failed to mention to him that I have heard from you. Please tell everyone at Timp hello from me.

Oh, and how was your first night back?

I survived : ). I wasn't supposed to charge, or so I thought, since I've been gone for 6 months. Ha. Lucky me. You know how things go around there. It was actually a pretty mellow night, especially after I sent an admit down to Shad in obs. My second shift is this weekend.

Click on me and it'll take you to my profile and my two blogs are at the bottom. My main one is thevawdreys.blogspot.com.

I just realized I didn't answer your first question. You can read back through my blog to see how lousy the pregnancy was : P. PICC line for the last month, then a DVT in that arm...blech. Katie's 3 months old now, and we're all doing much better.

I am glad to hear that Katie is doing better. Obviously you must be as well since you are back at work. Good luck this weekend.

Cute costumes. And apparently you went as a BYU fan, or "Zubie", in the Utah Valley vernacular.

I lost the link to your blog and Casey just sent it to me. Not that you need to know that.

Ya, I have been feeling like there is not enough support for the Cougars out here. I am just trying to do my best to help out by spreading the good word, heaven knows that their TV contract with CSTV isn't helping.

Sky diving looks like a blast! I enjoyed your video.

Good work. Keep spreading the gospel of the Cougs. I think we'll be ranked in the top 20 by the end of the season.

Of course, we could be in the top 5 every year, and the tv stations would still shaft us in favor of that 1-7 juggernaught, Notre Dame. Man I hate college football sometimes.

Ya, they should be in the top 20 by the end of the year, but honestly, what good will it do? College football will never be great until they institute a playoff system.
